Thats how it works
The exact procedure and the labeling of the buttons/menus/functions varies a little from software to software, but it basically works the same way everywhere:
1. Start your calendar software or app
2. Select the function/button/menu "Add calendar"/"Subscribe to web calendar"/"Subscribe/add calendar from the Internet" or something similar
3. Enter as Web Address/Calendar URL:
